Product Usage
All Dipzo products are made using natural ingredients and prepared fresh on order. Customers are advised to use the products at their own discretion and according to the precautions and storage instructions mentioned on the product label.
Dipzo shall not be held responsible for improper usage, mishandling, or storage of products after delivery.
Freshness & Pre-Order Policy
All products are prepared on a pre-order basis to ensure maximum freshness and quality. We do not sell old stock or mass-produced items.
Because every product is freshly prepared specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges based on personal taste, preference, or change of mind are not applicable.
Return & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns due to personal liking or disliking of taste, as food preferences vary from person to person.
However, if a product is received damaged during delivery, customers must:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product
- After verification, Dipzo will provide a replacement accordingly
Storage Responsibility
Customers must follow storage instructions mentioned on the label (including refrigeration where required). Dipzo is not liable for any issues arising due to improper storage after delivery.
Allergies & Dietary Responsibility
Although our products are made with natural ingredients, customers with specific allergies or dietary concerns are advised to review the ingredients list carefully before use.
Dipzo shall not be responsible for allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities.
Limitation of Liability
Dipzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse, delayed consumption, or improper storage of products.
Data Privacy
We collect basic customer information (name, address, phone number) only for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
